Launched in 2008 in Sacramento, California, Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters is best known for choosing coffee producers who are as passionate about growing coffee as we are about roasting and brewing. All our coffees are purchased seasonally and roasted in-house, making for the freshest possible coffee experience. We roast to bring out sweetness in fruit acidity. Our core value is to make specialty coffee approachable to everyone, and we do this by showcasing our roasting process and using language everyone can understand.

Additionally, our thoughtful and talented team of baristas is known for being the most welcoming and knowledgeable in the industry. You will find our cafes a warm and relaxing space for people to gather and meet. We serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages as well as locally made pastries and house-made specialty toasts. You can also find us online, where we offer monthly coffee subscriptions, conveniently shipped to your location.
